・For error code CO-AT1003:
Make sure you have entered/completed the following three items correctly.
1.E-mail address
Make sure you have not used two-byte characters or any other unusable characters
2.Password
Check "Show password" below the entry field to view and confirm the password you have entered
3.Security check
Make sure you have put a check mark in all indicated lock-icon boxes

・For error code CO-AT2002 or CO-AT2103:
Make sure the e-mail address you have entered contains no unusable characters.
